The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

This is my first visit to this urgent care facility. I am so satisfied with every aspect of my experience I will only return here if medical treatment is needed again.

Walked in and greeted nicely  Had to go online to fill out forms which was pretty easy …. wait not too long  …… everyone was nice and friendly and answered any questions I had …., the nurse practitioner was very competent  would definitely recommend this urgent care

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

Everything was very well organized and professional. Courteous and polite. Keeping you informed of what is happening.

I walked in urgent care so they could check out my left knee from a fall. Within minutes I was in a room and soon after I had X-rays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Was in tremendous pain with sciatica. Eight weeks in bed from the inability to walk. Today, I woke up and 70 percent of pain has subsided. Thank you.

Great care. The person at the desk was  friendly and courteous. The PA was excellent as was her assistant. Overall it was an excellent experience

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day.  Very clean, customer service was exceptional and no wait time. The doctor was informative and answered all questions. I will definitely be going back

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

The staff and the doctor were all extremely professional and attentive to my needs.
