Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Very easy walk- in! The staff could use some additional help. One person doing much of the work attending to patients

They provided immediate service and approaches you by asking how they can help and with that it really shows that they really care for patients

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

The scheduling of appointments is really easy and I like how it’s contactless. The girl in the front is always a pleasure and very professional. I enjoyed chatting with nurse Nakita as she check my vitals. Get her some comfortable shoes level up! The Dr that tended to me was really nice, understanding and very supportive. She pointed out my blood pressure levels and I have been paying more attention to my diet and stress since. This visit was a breeze.

Tiphanie is an Angel. Doesn't matter how ill you are feeling after leaving the office you'll definitely be in a better place mentally. She's so good at her job asks the right questions thorough and very precise.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.
