The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

My daughter rolled her ankle yesterday, so we made an appt for the next day. They took us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They had her x rayed and bandaged up and we were on our way. The dr was great also.

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

LaToya, the PA and the front desk staff were all really great in taking care of my daughter for a fracture!  I would absolutely recommend going there if you have an urgent need.

I love coming here my favorite office they are quick and the staff is awesome they treated me with so much care like always and they treated my daughter with care it was her first time I will always come here

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

Over all it was good smooth and sweet I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment but they still seen me. Who ever the young lady that was my MA was super helpful and got me my PPD print out to me even though it was busy and the systems seem to have been messing up.

The Only Bad Thing I Can Say Is…. They Should Have A Better Way To Ask (Why Your Here) Without The Whole Building Knowing… As A Women If It’s Something Personal I Don’t Need The People In The Waiting Area Knowing… Other Than That…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️  Very Friendly Nice, The Guy At The Front Is Amazing My Doctor Was Amazing and So Helpful and Really Showed She Cared About Me….
