          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful.           I went in on Friday afternoon. Staff was great and I was seen quickly. I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy following the visit, however it’s more than 24 hours later and my pharmacy never received it. What is the point of seeing a medical professional and being told you need a medication if the medication is never prescribed?
