The staff was very nice and friendly. Everything went very well. My only disappointment was I didn't get a check out sheet explaining the care of service. Lastly, one of the prescriptions that was sent to Publix couldn't be filled bc is was not aged appropriate and they tried to reach the doctor to correct but to no avail. I was not happy that about this mistake and especially after the long wait time between the urgent care and the pharmacy at Publix. My 5yr old granddaughter and I was worn-out.

They all were extremely nice and actually seemed to care about the patients. Eve the triage nurse was so gentle and nice when she did all the swaps for testing. 10/10 will be back. The wait was kinda long but that was due to the clinic being packed so truthfully I expected it

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I’ve literally never encountered such a nice set of medical professionals. I had an injury that made me unable to walk, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating with wheeling me around the office. Everyone was kind, the nurse was super thorough in walking me through the procedures, and I’ll definitely be back if I have medical issues in the future.
