This is a great place to walk into when you are feeling awful! The medical team was understanding, kind, professional and knew what they were doing. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and my medications were ready at the pharmacy as soon as I arrived. This was the smoothest, least stressful urgent care appointment I have experienced. I’m also from out of state. The woman at the front desk processed my insurance immediately. Most importantly, the medical assistant was very thorough and so nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and calming. All in all a great experience when you’re feeling horrible! If I lived here, I would even consider having them as my regular ‘go to’ physician!

They do a very good job at this clinic.  It’s usually very short way to get in. The one thing I wish they would change is to add a handicap accessible entryway with an automatic door as it is difficult to open the door and push my daughter’s wheelchair through. Thank you.

New to area (just moved here) my son drove me to your facility as closer than St David after a surprise visit to my apt. He knew I was not feeling well. I was treated right away. Dx w L LL Pnemonia and script for 2 antibiotics. Treated by a Nurse Practitioner!!!😍I was very pleased as I am a retired Hospital RN and have twin identical BSN nurses! One at MD Anderson -Houston and works as ER nurse in Des Plaines Illinois. .

What services do urgent care clinics in Dripping Springs offer?

Walk-in clinics serving Dripping Springs and western Hays County treat respiratory infections, flu, strep, ear and sinus infections, UTIs, minor injuries, sprains, lacerations, allergic reactions, and Hill Country seasonal concerns like cedar fever — a particularly intense allergen season that typically peaks from November through February in Central Texas. Most urgent care clinics in Dripping Springs and Hays County participate in STAR, Texas's Medicaid managed care program for qualifying children, families, and pregnant women, administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.1 Hays County has grown rapidly and local providers have expanded Medicaid network participation alongside population growth. Patients should confirm their managed care organization (MCO) is in-network and bring their STAR card.3

How does Dripping Springs urgent care relate to Austin?

Dripping Springs sits at the western gateway of Greater Austin, a community that has grown from a small Hill Country town into one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas as tech-sector professionals moved west for space, scenery, and more affordable land. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Dripping Springs' population reached approximately 8,689 as of the most recent estimates, more than doubling over a decade.4 Local urgent care capacity has grown alongside population, but the full Austin urgent care network — including 24-hour and specialty care — is accessible via US-290 East.
