COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Grand Prairie, TX

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

The doctor was very kind and did a great examination. The bedside manner was excellent, and the medication worked well. The registration staff was also very friendly she was nice

I was fortunate to have found this urgent care clinic thanks to a fast google search. I needed to take my child in asap for sore throat and service was great very professional and efficient staff. I highly recommend!!

I am going to stop using the Rapid wellness program. It doesn't work and I'm so disappointed in the clinic for recommending.

Easy to make appointment. Quick to check in. Waited about 5 minutes. Staff very professional and friendly. Lab results were very fast. Gave me a prescription. Highly recommend.

We love NH, we have been seeking care here for 6 years for both our kids. They always get us in quickly and the providers all show compassion and care and solutions for their ailments. Dr. Koehler helped my daughter with a broken arm and several asthma attacks and my son with conjunctivitis and asthma and common illnesses

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
