Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.
