          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

          My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

          The availability and ease of scheduling is huge!!! Once we got there we were checked in and seen quickly. Great care- the NP did a thorough assessment and made my daughter feel so comfortable! In and out with diagnosis, meds and prescription! Will definitely be returning- as needed of course!           They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

          I brought my son and daughter to Excel Urgent Care and received the best care and customer service. The employees checking us in were quick and answered questions that I had before going to the back. The kids play area was a nice distraction while I filled out the necessary paperwork. I appreciate the fact the area was tidy and allowed my kids to enjoy the wait. Once we were called to the back the Triage tech was extremely patient with my little ones as she got their vitals. We then went to a room and waited no more than a couple of minutes before the NP Diane and her student came in. They were very thorough and answered the many questions I had. I really appreciate the customer service this Urgent Care has demonstrated, it's extremely rare these days.
