          Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

          It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

          Was pretty sure I had a UTI. All staff was friendly and professional and caring. The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. Don’t remember his name, but if I ever have to go to the clinic again, I would love to have him as the attending again!  Wouls definitely recommend this provider!

          Needed surgical clearance for cosmetic surgery- they got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in with no appointment! I am very happy and their pricing was pretty fair compared to other places I called in the area! I will continue to come to this location for any future last minute medical needs. Extremely happy with the care I received and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful!
