It was fairly quickly, had to get stitches removed from my hand. But he was gentle and after cutting them, before pulling he’d let me know when he was going to so I’d be ready, and before going to the next one, he’d check if I was good. Had one that hurt some, so he gave me a bit and told me to move my fingers to ease the pain a bit. Only when I said I was ready is when he’d continue. Great bedside manner. Super kind and gentle and very empathetic.

We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. I recently went to Express Family clinic, and as always, I was treated with the utmost care and respect - despite 30 people being in front of me. Did I have to wait? Of course I did - there was a line already out of the door when I arrived. I waited in my car until I was called in, and then I was treated thoroughly and professionally. Maybe it’s Covid, back to school, or something else in the air right now - but it’s been incredibly busy the last couple of times I’ve went. However, the owner and all of her employees were working like crazy to get everyone seen and treated as quickly - and efficiently - as possible. I’ve been coming to this clinic since it first opened and I’ve never been disappointed - and even with a long wait, I’ll still never complain. Best clinic ever.
