I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and my experience was immeasurable. The level of care I received from the physician (Natalie Mcelhany) was amazing. She was attentive and explained every part of my treatment. I will definitely return to this Urgent Care clinic if a need should arise.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.

The tech or MA was amazing. I wish i could remembered her name. She was super careful with the swabs, my son did not share a tear. She also offer us water when she noticed my son being thirsty. The NP was very informative, explaining everything in detail. I been coming to this Urgent care for about 7 years and when Conroe open I was very pleased but even more they continue with their quality care.

My grandson was coughing all night and he got better with the medicine that the Dr. prescribed, definitely I recommend this provider.

A great friendly staff and quick service, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone needing their services.
