My first time and all the staff was very friendly!

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

I came in with a severe flu and they took great care of me. They even offered to turn the lights off when I said it was hurting my eyes. Excellent customer service especially since I came 30 mins until they close.

This was my first visit with MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care. The waitlist process was very efficient. The facility was extremely clean, and the entire staff exceeded my expectations in quality of care. Yuri (X-ray tech) was so professional, engaging and personable. I was seen my an ARNP (Emily) and she was amazing as was Kendall. Thank you!

So accidents aren't a part of my daily life but when they do leave their mark, for me, it's usually a good one. Out in the world I never know what to expect but when I'm home, I always know the Ruston walk in will have me patched up and back home before anyone else is ready to start. Thanks indigo!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

My first time and it was amazing the medical staff are great but the wait time unfortunately not so great.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor had asked me if I needed anything as they left. That experience is very uncommon and the place was welcoming.

This location has been very busy so snatching an appointment time was difficult but the process is simple. We where seen quickly. Not much of a wait. My daughter was unable to provide a urine sample and everyone was very patient. I ended up being the one to ask if we should go since it was taking so long and they are very busy. They sent us home with a home kit and we will hopefully be today.

I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!

Woke up this morning in excruciating pain but felt so thankful knowing I could come into here and get help. Brittany was so friendly at the front desk, Carla was very attentive and my shot I got from Summer was painless! Kassie Scott, ARNP eased my concerns, made me feel so safe and comfortable.
