I was able to get in to be seen quickly by just walking in. My care was just as thorough as going to my old primary care doc.

The front office girl was very confrontational with the worst attitude. She had this, standoff argumentive attitude. She had a response for everything including that she has nothing to do with any insurance info and doesnt do anything with insurance. She said she doesnt look up anything. So are you telling me banner that a person can bring you an old insurance card and tell you they're insured and you will see them without verifying their policy is active or if they have any payments due at the time of service cause your front office staff told me that ,"I don't do anything with insurance, that's all billing!" After I said can't you look it up by my social and date of birth? I know for a fact my secondary plan can be looked up by my dob and ssn. I've used the AHCCCS online page before. Also, maybe you need to think about retraining your staff on how to speak properly to people and maybe not try to Rush them with "do you have that yet?" Yeah, I was on the phone still with BCBS of FL and the rep heard your staff and made it a point to say let me get you your ID number whoa! She even apologized that I was being talked to like that. She stated that you could have verified it with name dog and employer name but front office staff needed to talk and laugh with the medical assistant and other staff. All while I find out that testing is free. Hmmmm I knew Banner was probably getting gov compensation. Are you billing BCBS AND obtaining gov payments???? Double dipping is illegal. Oh and tell your staff I will say it out loud to him myself if he professional requests it not like a bunch of little gang of bullies.

First things first, if I could leave no stars I would. Bad experience right from the start. Lady (term used loosely) at the front desk very unpersonable and rude. Horrible attitude. I understand bad days but, I didn't do it to you. They over booked. And the place was filthy. They open at 5pm, by 6pm it should not be filthy especially in an doctor's office. When I made my concerns of cleanliness know I received the response of "sorry you feel that way". Many other hygienic and sanitary issues as well. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Needless to say I did not allow them to treat my child

    What is Urgent Care?

Urgent care are available to assist patients that are looking for immediate, convenient medical care. In that manner, they are similar to an emergency room. The difference, however, is that ERs are meant to treat major, life-threatening injuries and illnesses while urgent care centers manage life’s minor bruises and bumps. In simple terms, an urgent care is seen as a walk-in health center that focuses in offering non-emergent health care conditions, including the treatment of the typical illnesses and injuries such as fractures and sprains, cuts and burns, scrapes, stings and bites, flu and cold symptoms, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and much more. Most urgent care facilities offer both diagnostic and preventive care such as well visits, immunizations, STD testing and annual physicals. For regular visits and check-ups on these clinics, you should expect to pay between $20 and $100. The good thing is that most urgent care clinics will accept major PPOs and insurance cover, Medicare, as well as self-pay in the form of credit cards or cash. Urgent care clinics are located in most parts of the country in various regions to offset emergency room visits and provide a gap in healthcare services. They take patients during all hours of operations, which offer a significant convenience to most people who have and continue to undergo the need for sudden and immediate medical attention.

Assuming you are paying with cash, you might come across an urgent clinic that charges you $50 while another situated some mile away charges you $100 for the same services. The standard cost in urgent care where insurance cover is not involved ranges from $100 to $125. This price is generally the standard price of a visit before extra services. There are a couple of additional care services that could make your appointment to an urgent care costly including x-rays and lab tests, medications and injections (such as immunization), casting broken bones, as well as stitches and splints. If you have a viable insurance plan in place, the standard pay will be between $20 – 50 depending on your insurance coverage and whether you are in contact with the provider.

Measles Vaccine (MMR): Helpful Measles (MMR) Vaccine Reviews

"Needed an MMR vaccine, and I hate needles! The nurse was so kind, friendly, gentle, and most professional, qualities you don’t find all the time anymore. I would go back anytime as long as I know she’s going to be there. Thanks urgent care, you have a gem working for you!"

"I needed a measles titer for my employer, Northshore School District. A colleague had recommended Immediate Clinic. I spent a fair amount of time creating an online account, only to be told when I arrived at the Clinic in Kenmore that "we can't see what you wrote" and I'd have to re-do all the paperwork. UGH. Staff seemed pleasant but not what I'd call welcoming."

"Overall experience was good. PA was very nice, confident and fast. In light of the Measles Outbreak, I was disappointed that the facility did not offer a face mask or other means of protection. This facility was filled with at least 10 Orthodox and some were coughing. They could have separated the seating as well just as other Urgent Care and Pediatric offices do for newborns."

"Sadly, this is our 3rd time to this clinic in about a week, my family just keeps getting hit with fluke things. Generally we are very healthy. There is a measles epidemic in my community and although we are a vaccinated family, I thought my son might be infected. I was so impressed by the urgent care team and how they handled a possible contagious situation, but still with compassion and kindness. I also appreciate how while caring for my son, they still had a mindfulness towards the other patients in the clinic and followed a very safe and reasonable process to ensure we didn't expose others. Fortunately it was a false alarm, my son does not have measles, although a relief, he does have scabies which isn't feeling like much of a consolation prize even though it is. This is a truly wonderful medical professionals!"

"We took our 6 year old daughter to the urgent care. She had a high fever, rash, lethargic, and they went to work right away. Looked for measles, did a flu test, and did a strep test. She ended up having step they prescribed medicine and we were out of there. So fast, to the point, and professional. Great with kids also. Our daughter loved the popsicles, crackers, and stickers! Thank you all!"
