Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better. The staff was great and didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t necessary. Have been coming to this urgent care for years with my kids and it’s always a great experience. Thank you

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

The floor of the waiting room needed to be swept. The check in staff was great and made sure my insurance was applied correctly. The care staff was very helpful

Everything went well and everyone was so kind. I did have to call later in the day to ask a question about pyridium and to see if I could get a script because I was concerned the Azo was not Interstitial Cystitis friendly and the ones I had at home were expired. The receptionist said she would get back to me after consulting the Dr. I didn't receive a phone call. That won't keep me from going there again if I need to.

Visiting from out of state and had trouble breathing and a cough. I got in right in. Staff was friendly and compassionate.

I received the care I can trust and I enjoyed my visit with the nurses andDr involved with my treatment.

1. You only get 1 time to make a 1st impression. Your facility is still new but the exam tables and patient chairs are etching the dry wall making the facility look unkempt. The same holds true for the pieces of lint/paper on the floor in the waiting room and in my exam room. The reception area needs to be checkef. Magazines pucked up and put on tables not left on the coucg or chair. If you dont care what impression you make, i have to wonder about the care you give. 2. Insurance information shouldn't always be your 1st focus when a patient presents. While waiting to be called in, a patient presented in severe pain. The front office asked him to sign in and for his insurance info all before asking if he was OK. No, he wasn't ok...he had to be assisted by a friend and could barely stand. 3. Care - I felt the exam was through and all my questions were answered.

In and out in less then 45 minutes. Staff was very nice
