For my first time being there it was good. I was comfortable with the results when I left there.when iwent I was worried I even prayed harder thN usual the night befor..they were quick,they explained everything clearly and it wasn't freezing cold in there. I'll defiantly go back

I have been dealing with ear pain and dizziness. This morning I woke up with loss of hearing on one side. I explained that I was experiencing those symptoms along with ear pain and dizziness. Was hoping to get a prescription to help ease my pain. Left with nothing but a paper saying if I experience all the symptoms I’m already experiencing to seek immediate care. I was there for exactly those symptoms and got nothing. Just a big bill and no help.

This place is a joke. I was told I had strep. I was worse. Front desk wanted $35 for a copay. The Doctor was my issue. He came in for about a minute. Asked me several times how long I had been taking the other medication, and then order different meds and then asked if I had questions. I had to ask him to examine me. He looked in my sinuses, and rotated my head with his hand. Not sure what that dies. He did not listen to my lungs or check anything else. It appeared that he did not want to be there. I gave them $35. They better not ask for anymore.. I also had to ask him if I should go to work tomorrow. Not professional. Please seek your care somewhere else.

Went there for a walk-in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. The person who looked at me said there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing they could do besides give me pain relief. Come to find out I had a raging infection that they over looked and didn’t give me antibiotics for. Needless to say I will not be going back there for the antibiotics.

Was scheduled at 5:30pm, I had been sick for 4-5 days didn’t know why I wasn’t getting better so I guess the time I went in was a little bit before it was closing so they took me in checking my vitals. The nurse was kind of rushing and a little rude if I didn’t answer the questions precisely sorry I didn’t go to nursing school or anything. How to take three swab test at the same time it was pretty uncomfortable. When I would ask something or say, something made me feel kind of dumb. The doctor was OK. She seemed kind of rushy as well. Just did like normal vital checks, but didn’t really seem to be into why I was sick for so long and wasn’t really listening to what I had to say so she just wrote me prescriptions. It just didn’t seem like they generally cared about me as their patient so I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

I understand that many urgent care centers are limited with what they can do, but surely a provider is capable of writing referrals for services. Was given a corticosteroid shot, which worked for about 10 minutes. Should have had an MRI done to find out just how bad and deep my pain was.
