          Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.

          I did a walk in. Thank goodness for this place. I didn’t wait too long since I was coughing, chest so congested, tired.  I was kindly and carefully treated. I got my prescription and was ready to leave for home and rest.  Highly recommended!!

          Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy, no difficulty at all. Having a difficult toddler that dislikes appointments, the staff was extremely patient and eased my worries. We were in and out within minutes. Thank you to the staff who were just wonderful dealing with my toddler who does not do well with pain and had a meltdown crying.           I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.
