Overall I was very happy and satisfied with my visit. Scheduling, check in and check out was seamless. I just waited for a bit because I probably came in at a time when they were so busy. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean and accessible. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks and keep it up. 😇

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

I made my appointment online and was able to get an appointment for two hours later. Once there, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, but luckily my schedule allowed for the wait. Perhaps the Staff needed more time with other patients. I received the care I needed, and I recommend this Clinic.

I was able to schedule a 9:00 appointment during the early morning hours.  We had to wait for two other people to check in.  Given the increased volume of patients and people without appointments, we were taken back very quickly.   The doctor was very kind and thorough in her examination.  Her diagnosis was accurate.  I would recommend this provider with respect to the doctor we saw.  We had been to the urgent care the night before, right before they closed and that doctor was not thorough.  He didn’t look at my son’s nose or throat or check his breathing.

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

Overview of STD Testing in Crockett

STD testing is an important part of maintaining sexual health, especially for sexually active individuals in Crockett. Many sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are asymptomatic, meaning they do not show noticeable symptoms, making regular testing essential. People with multiple sexual partners or those who engage in unprotected sex are particularly at risk, but testing is recommended for anyone who is sexually active. STD testing in Crockett can detect a range of infections early, allowing for timely treatment and reducing the risk of serious health complications such as infertility, cancer, and the spread of infections to others. Local testing options in Crockett often include urgent care centers, primary care providers, community health centers, and at-home test kits.
