Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I scheduled my appointment online and there were plenty of appointment times available\. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the office at first, with a couple arriving shortly afterward.  I was taken to an examination room fairly quickly, but then waited over an hour before being seen\. It seemed that there was only one clinician available, and I don’t think she was there at the time. I understand that staffing and unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, this is the second time I have experienced a very long wait at this facility after scheduling an appointment online. I would hope that the number of appointments offered could listed based on clinician availability.  I appreciate the staff and understand that everyone can have a busy day. I’m simply sharing my experience because waiting over an hour to be seen, particularly when there were appointment openings available online, was frustrating and disappointing.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.
