Never told during the scheduling process that there was not an x ray tech on duty that evening. I want informed until after I drove there after work. So I had to go across town, during rush hour, to get the x ray. Everything else was 5 stars!!

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

My daughter had a accident at school while at recess she tripped and hurt her arm. She was well  taken care and gave us great advice for her care. Friendly staff definitely recommend them.

Very happy with this establishment. 5 stars for everyone and everything.  Except scheduling.  Why should I have to go through so many screens to set an appointment when I’m a returning patient?

My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

Went in to check on my son for on and off fevers , everyone was nice and it went pretty fast. Was my first time there. I definitely recommend and it’s clean.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job
