I received good care today.

Went to urgent care as a return patient.   Ms. Baxter listens to me and an adult who knows her body.   Does not talk over and explains quickly and distinctly in a manner one can understand.   I will continue as the ease of scheduling, precise care, and caring persona of the staff.

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
