Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

Been having frequency in urination for 2 days and instead of calling my primary physician I walked in at the AM PM urgent care facility and got the care I needed within 45 min.

I had a sore throat for a few days and made an appointment for a strep test, which was scheduled for an hour later. Everyone in the office was so nice, that includes the doctor. I'm so glad they're so conveniently located. Hopefully I'l never get sick again, but if I do, I know where to go

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Doctor couldn’t have been less friendly. She seemed annoyed at every question I asked and practically had one foot out the door during her 1 minute exam.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.
