Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Came into the office in a panic after a dog bite. The office staff was more than accommodating and friendly and happy to assist. Very pleased with the wait time and attentiveness to detail! Would highly recommend! Thank You to the wonderful staff!

Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

I was scheduled for a TB test, health assessment and cdl physical.  Got questioned about TB test. Did not get proper physical OR MY CARD. told boss he was upset. I didn’t even get a vision test? What kind of CDL physical was that?  Penn dot needs to know this in my opinion. Do not recommend. Boss told me there’s always some sort of problem there. Update I forgot. I didn’t even get urine test OR WEIGHT. they asked me my weight n height!  lol.

Decided to leave work early. I did a quick google search which lead me here. Best choice I could’ve made. I checked in, treated, diagnosed, and prescribed medication all within an hour. Great job guys!

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.
