Woke up with an infected finger and made an appointment. They said in 15 minutes. The front desk was friendly, Brittany was great and NP Nicole was Great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, not rushed, and caring. Nicole explains every minute what she was doing and told me exactly how to take care of it when l got home. Thank you

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.
