Thanks to the staff for their professionalism. They got my symptoms charted, reviewed did some medical test, diagnosed and called my script in immediately to pharmacy . Thank you for efficient teamwork in this urgent care facility!

Visiting from out of state and had trouble breathing and a cough. I got in right in. Staff was friendly and compassionate.

Needed 12 stitches for a wound. Staff was fantastic. Jason Steadman was my provider. He was absolutely amazing. Attentive, thorough, asked great questions about my medical injury and history, etc… I am really glad this was the urgent care facility I went to.

Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better. The staff was great and didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t necessary. Have been coming to this urgent care for years with my kids and it’s always a great experience. Thank you

Came in with no appointment and was seen pretty quickly

woke up with a terrible sore throat and the pain was unbearable. was able to get an appointment very quickly and the staff was absolutely amazing. kind, friendly, and so welcoming. i won’t go anywhere else next time i need an urgent care

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Had/have something in my left eye. Felt great when he numbed it but a half hour later it’s back, unfortunately!

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Everything went well and everyone was so kind. I did have to call later in the day to ask a question about pyridium and to see if I could get a script because I was concerned the Azo was not Interstitial Cystitis friendly and the ones I had at home were expired. The receptionist said she would get back to me after consulting the Dr. I didn't receive a phone call. That won't keep me from going there again if I need to.
