PA Lopez listened carefully and clearly told me how to continue care. He was reassuring, thorough and the entire visit was handled in an unrushed but efficient manner. Medical asst Ruben was very professional.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

Tried to call #for appointment. Was not able to talk to someone.  Walked in for service. Quick to be seen.  Attending provider was kind and took time with me.  Handled what she could. Also took urine sample to send out. (Dealing with an unresolved UTI, and oral thrush.)

Scheduled my appointment easily online. Check in was easy and wait time was minimal. The staff was all friendly.

Doctor & staff were friendly & very helpful. Especially on new year eve.

Fast service attentive helped me out I was sick sick understanding I truly appreciated everyone that helped me I was really B on bad shape

Tested positive for Covid. Got good advice on how to treat it.  A prescription was called in for me if I needed it.

Have visited Alliance urgent care at 84th and Thunderbird several times and always have been satisfied with results. Give a 10 to staff, scheduling and of course all professionals.

Paid $95 for DOT. CT PAC require a packet filled out by my Dr. 3 years ago had same paperwork at cost of $450. Found out Next Care did not. keep those files. Lost $95 had to get Dot from a another provider 3 days later. Save your money, dont book DOT exams here.

Highly recommend this location. They are always professional and on schedule. The place is very clean. Appointment times are spot on. If any delays they communicate with you. I have recommended them to our neighbors and they are very happy with this location as well.

All of the staff were friendly and cordial. They showed a genuine concern about my situation and listened to me about my situation. They helped me with my medical problems better than any specialist that I've gone to. I will definitely use their services again. Great experience with this facility and staff.

They took care of my sinus infection. My PCP medical provider needs 3 months to schedule an appointment

Was an efficient in and out once I got called back for my room.  However waited 45 minutes past my appointment time.

Was able to get in quickly and easily, got there first thing in the morning. Specifically the ladies who took my vitals and blood draw were so sweet and caring and had great bedside manner. The nurse practitioner made me uncomfortable and not the friendliest, not good beside manner. I was also informed that she incorrectly told me how to take prednisone. She told me to take it as needed. When I discussed this with the pharmacist and then a doctor friend, both told me how careless it was of her to prescribe prednisone as needed—you need to be tapered off of it, and if not taken consistently, there can be side effects that include damage to kidneys. I was super frustrated to learn that I was advised incorrectly, but super grateful for a pharmacist to make sure I was taken care of properly. Incorrect usage of a common medication and poor bedside manner definitely made me question my quality of care.

Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.

Had a cold sore throat  severely fatigued. Not feeling better but not terrible I called and was offered an appointment in about an hour but it’s so close I just walked in . I was attended to quickly and taken for check in within 20 minutes .  Then by a very professional nurse assistant.  Next Joseph the PA/Doc  quickly assessed my story and did a thorough physical tested me for flu strep and Covid  came back and said I had Covid. Offered the best antiviral treatment. Also offered symptom tx. Didn’t think I needed but he said won’t hurt. So glad he did because they helped me sleep!!this was th best care!!   The right tests the right diagnosis the right meds !! You are truly blessed to have such a great crew !!!  Joseph is an exceptional provider!!!

Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!
