          I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.

          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

          I went in on Friday afternoon. Staff was great and I was seen quickly. I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy following the visit, however it’s more than 24 hours later and my pharmacy never received it. What is the point of seeing a medical professional and being told you need a medication if the medication is never prescribed?

          The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
