The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!

We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.
