          Update:  I spoke with Jaime, she was lovely.  She explained the different fees associated with different facilities. PCP would have charged $50.  I was charged $124 for a 10 min visit.

          I have been sick for over 1 week. I went to a different urgent care and it was just terrible. I went to AFC Urgent Care in Frazer this afternoon and it was an exceptional experience!   From check in through the end of the visit, every person was attentive, professional and really nice.  Julie Rich is a stand out!! I walked right in, checking in with a QR code was super easy and the staff was wonderful.  Yes, I would recommend this provider to everyone.

          There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman).           My doctor said I had a heavy build up of wax in my ears and to get it removed. It was a lot more than I thought and it took the doctor a few times to get it out but she did a great job getting it out.
