It took 50 minutes being the third patient in the room in the bag is ridiculous. The wait time is too long. Wait time for care needs to be addressed because it is always a long wait whenever I go there.

I was able to book an appointment the same day within 2hrs. There wasn't a long wait time upon my arrival. The staff was professional and my nurse Champagne was very welcoming. We waited 1.5 hours just to be seen. We arrived on time for our appointment that we had booked online. We were told that booking online ahead would put you in front of walk in’s. We weren’t very happy with the long wait. The whole thing took a total of two hours. I feel like it shouldn’t allow multiple people to book for the same time frame. We definitely weren’tput ahead of anyone. The whole waiting room was seen before us except for the person that came in after us. I went up to the desk twice to check on the situation and even though she said we should be seen after 3 people went back (scheduled appts) we were not, so this proves that walk ins are seen in the order they come in and appointments made online do not trump walk ins. We were, however, satisfied with the physicist we saw , and the quality of the care given at the visit, so in the end that matters most to me! I hope they can fix this system though and or stick to the policy that they tell you is in place that online appts are seen before Walk ins.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
