I knew I needed a quick doctor visit with a busy day ahead of me. I was able to schedule easily online then got in and got out in no time flat. Staff was very friendly! The NP, Beth, was awesome. Very kind and attentive plus she explained the medications perfectly so I knew what to expect. My prescriptions were sent in a timely manner- which I truly appreciated. I have not had good experiences with urgent care facilities in the past but Apex CiniCare changed my mindset and will be my new urgent care go to!

Tried to go to the minute clinic and was turned away but got right in at mercy urgent care. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Cna Christina was very through knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely go back here!

We did not have an appointment and was told the wait could be an hour or so. We stayed and was happy to be called back within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and thorough. I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience at this location.

Start a feeling bad last night. Went to this office this morning was in and out unless than an hour. Great check in time . Great staff. service and physician

This clinic was wonderful to us, they got us in right away and they were very helpful to my son which has had a terrible cough for days. Thank you so much to the staff at the finneytown urgent care!!

This was my second visit in 11 months. Both times I appreciated the ease of scheduling and quality of care. PA William took time to patiently explain my questions with kindness and compassion. Would definitely recommend. Has always been a good experience.

Everyone at this location was great! My doc office was unable to get me in today, and they had appointments all day today, despite being short staffed! I appreciate the kind and easy appointment!

I arrived at urgent care and they were friendly and helpful the check-in was fast the staff was helpful and kind the care I received was very good.Dr. Hassan is very nice and answers questions he tells you the things you want to know and you can understand the way he explains to you.

I was able to do a walk in after work. I’m a bit upset on the invoice what they sent will not work for flex spending so I have to go back. They emailed me it’s not correct.

I cut my foot and thought I needed stitches. We made an appt and was able to get an appt. pretty quickly. We had to wait a little but that is understandable.  The nurse practitioner was fabulous.  Took time to do a thorough job cleaning my wound, numbing it for stitches and then putting stitches in.  Made it clear the after care and was really great!

Typically I have a great experience at this location and the staff are exceptional just as they were tonight EXCEPT for the nurse practitioner, Vanetta Scandrick, APRN. Her bedside manners are simply horrible! She was very condescending and rude. I understood her reasoning behind the need to wait until my results come back before prescribing medication but her questioning me and delivery behind why she wasn’t going to prescribe me any medication were unacceptable. She needs to learn that it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I knew the minute she walked in and introduced herself that she had poor bedside manners. I tried to endure her rudeness and stay calm but ultimately got up and left. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that she treated me tonight. She was rude, rude, rude and in my opinion, in the wrong profession. On the other hand, the receptionist and Peggy were exceptional and kind. Vanetta, not at all!!!!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
