Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins. Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now. Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare

The scheduling was very easy and convenient. I walked in and was seen within five minutes. I had the best staff and quality care that I have ever received. The doctors and nurses were so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They made me very comfortable . My time spent there due to a After an unforeseeable respiratory issue my time spent there was about 7 1/2 hours. During that time they constantly checked in and updated me on what the test results were and what was to be expected next. My husband was able to come and sit with me. Within a few hours I started to feel better and I have the amazing doctor and nurses to thank.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I returned to UC last Saturday, for a follow-up visit to remove my infected toenail. On my first visit, the previous Saturday, KC Pearce had given me antibiotics to bring the infection down before nail removal. KC and staff were FANTASTIC! I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care
