Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Thought the whole experience was great. Easy check in and the LPN was friendly and knew her stuff. The Z Ray tech was super friendly as well.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

Woke up with a swollen eye went to urgent care. Got some antibiotics and feeling better 24 hours later thank you.

The office very professional and clean. I wish they let you know on the weekend no X-ray. Because I could went straight to the Emergency Room  So that false information and on the website. I should not be charged double knowing they don’t do X-rays. And charging the insurance company me copay .

There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). What a remarkable experience even though I was feeling my worst! MedExpress will be my to go medical facility whenever needed. Thank you Ladies for the superior care. VDW

Couldn't see my PCP over the weekend and was able to get in and out in 40 mins. Practitioner was very nice and attentive. Gave me needed meds and instructions on taking. Staff was very friendly.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
