Amazing staff the receptionist was exceptional I loved the experience.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!

Staff was great.  They knew what they were doing and was very conscious of the discomfort the patient was in.   They all did a great job!

I was seen on short notice with very little wait time. All staff were pleasant and made it a positive experience. I would use their services again and would recommend same to anyone else in need of 24hr emergency care.

Definitely recommend when needing documentation it’s really hard to make a doctors appointment when you get sick these days at your primary physician. Just waiting on that documentation lol

Throat started feeling sore and was easily able to book an appointment for the next day. The staff was great and I received the proper care. I’ve used this office before and will definitely continue using it!

The wait was a little long, but you can understand once you are with the staff. They were very professional, answered all my questions. They did all the tests necessary for my diagnosis. I’ll definitely recommend this facility.

My daughter complained of ear pain that was getting increasingly worse. Her pediatrician's office was closed, so we headed here. We were probably there for about an hour. Everyone was very polite and kind, and they tested my daughter for strep which came back positive. The doctor suggested amoxicillin, and I asked her to prescribe augmentin instead because we've had issues where amoxicillin didn't fully treat her ear infections. The doctor called it in and we left. When I got the prescription the dosage seemed weird to me, much larger than I remembered giving my daughter previously. The next day I checked with her pediatrician and he advised me to cut the dosage in half. I'm very happy I double checked with him, I can't imagine giving double the recommended dose is good for a four year old!

This time everything was fast. All staff members were very nice

Ryan customer service and professional manner is what that place needs in the future. He brings life to a place, where people who come to be seen for illness a comfortable place. The wait time is to long in this day and age of life, but overall I enjoyed my visit.
