I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray.  However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.

Doctor was so professional and down to earth. He was very in tune with symptoms of Lyme disease. Really helped me so much! Staff was so nice and helpful!

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I went to urgent care for numbness and pain in my left arm. I was misdiagnosed by the PA who saw me. The gentleman who took my EKG really struggled with performing the test. What is usually a five minute test took him 20 or 25 minutes and he was obviously frustrated.

I had a hip fracture 8 months ago and wanted to ensure the fracture was healed and ok. The service was friendly, polite, timely and professional. It was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this facility for your medical needs.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
