Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Woke up at 2AM with an obvious uti. Got online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Wait time was to be expected, there were several people in front of me. Went quick. Girl checking in was friendly. She also took vitals and all that. Dr. was very nice. Asked questions and gave suggestions to avoid future problems of this kind.
