Very nice to my children, very through excellent service and great parking in the back!

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Scheduling was easy. Did not appreciate that several things I mentioned to the MA were not addressed by the Care Provider.

Called and put my name on the wait list and when I arrived to the facility I was seen right away. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and comforting.  I would recommend this provider.

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

I have recurrent sinusitis. Elizabeth Kozloff is efficient with giving me feedback on ways to deal with it and things to do at home to ease my discomfort. I have seen her several times and have received the the best care. My experience with her is excellent. As well as being checked in and wait time once being brought to exam room. I would and do recommend indigo urgent care to others who is in need of a great medical team for when they are not feeling well. Thank you for the continued great medical visit!

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

I had to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so extremely friendly, from being checked in to the very end getting my discharge papers. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy asking for what i needed. 100% would recommend and if ever needed will return.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience
