I was a walk in. So it was a 1 1/2 hour if waiting time .. and all the staff was nice and friendly and so Respectful .. and it was a great experience today.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Not real impressed with the PA Lily but everything else was fantastic. Won’t be going back to this particular urgent care.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Came in today for dizziness, neck/ shoulder pain face  has redness and eyes too were red  Upon checking in receptionist was friendly and kind Back staff with doctor were so great and friendly too   ❤️I recommend

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

You were great! Thanks for not giving me antibiodics... I actully started feeling better. Sorry for the orginal review, just upset I used a doc when I could have slept it off. Also drove from UP, since that office was too busy and they reschedules to you. Glad I was denined my request for an antibiodic. Would recommend, thanks again!

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care
