Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

The clinic staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, the process was fairly smooth.

Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.

Been suffering with ear ache for a couple of weeks and they diagnosed my issue right away.  perfect treatment and solution. will recommend them to everyone

Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Not real impressed with the PA Lily but everything else was fantastic. Won’t be going back to this particular urgent care.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

Waited maybe 45 minutes for an appointment, and I was able to set up the appointment from home/ check in with no office wait. Easy, helpful staff, friendly, clean place

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

I came to facility and was gladly surprised, there was one person before me. Working stuff was very nice and professional. I believe one worker was on training , he even opened door for me when I was leaving the facility. Love that day ❤️😀

The staff in this office is wonderful! Dr Khan is a wonderful doctor that is thorough, compassionate and works with the patient for best results. Highly recommend!

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

You were great! Thanks for not giving me antibiodics... I actully started feeling better. Sorry for the orginal review, just upset I used a doc when I could have slept it off. Also drove from UP, since that office was too busy and they reschedules to you. Glad I was denined my request for an antibiodic. Would recommend, thanks again!

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.
