It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

Great experience, super gracious staff all around even swamped by demand with Covid testing and dealing with high volume of walk ups like me. Being able to check my appointment waitlist status in Solv and not need to spend all day on site hoping to make the cutoff is 👍👍👍 - all healthcare appointments should be like this.

I had to be put on waitlist due to high volume of Covid testing but I was texted when to come it and everyone was friendly and nice.

I was a walk in on the first day open after New Years - the clinic was slammed with Covid testing. I checked in and went home to receive a text to come back six hours later. I understand why the delay and was happy to go home rather than sit and wait. Interactions were all positive and professional. I recommend.

This clinic is always my first choice for urgent care needs. I couldn’t get an appointment for my Covid test so I was told to show up the following morning upon opening, and got registered and called when they were ready for me. Excellent system!!

48 hrs. To get a Covid test, but glad I could get in

I was not able to book an appointment on line, so I had to check in early morning and then sent home to wait. It took all day, but it was just because of the incredible amount of people that wanted to get a Covid test. There service and staff was very good. Highly recommend.

We did have to wait, but it was understandable due to the massive number of people seeking covid tests.

We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

People wouldn’t hesitate to go to the dr if it was always like this. Of course for an urgent care top notch.

This is our “go-to” urgent care place for the few times we’ve needed them, especially for circumstances where we can’t wait several weeks to see our primary care physician. For a walk-in on a late Sunday afternoon, the wait wasn’t all too bad. I personally really liked that I could check in and then go home to wait while I watched the live wait status at home until my time “in line” got closer. The staff is always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and caring.

A friendly, “we’ll be with you in just a moment”, since they were on the phones…it’s nice to be acknowledged…place is clean and the set up is sooo comfortable…I was a walk-in…filled out forms on my phone, talk about convenient! I got in quickly to see the Dr. I would definitely recommend coming to Indigo Urgent Care!

Today I had both my daughters come in and unfortunately we had to wait more than 2 hours. Partly because I was unaware that you can make an appointment before coming in. I have been here before and the wait time usually isn’t that long. This visit we met with Dr. Shawn, he was very kind and helpful. I did feel as though he was rushing however, I want to believe that was due to how busy it was today. Other than that, the staff is always super kind and the office is always very clean. This is our go to urgent care and we’d definitely recommend others. Thank you Team!

Needed to get Covid test. Walked in and was told first appointment was about 5 hours out. Checked in online. Appointment was available sooner than originally expected. Initially got into the exam room very quickly. Then was told it would be 20-25 minutes before anyone came in. Approximately 35 minutes later someone popped their head in and said it would 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later things started moving. All were very helpful and friendly from then on. Much quicker than ER. Would come again in similar need.

Great experience for urgent care. Had some questions about insurance and they were very helpful. Wait wasn’t too bad even on the weekend and everyone was friendly which really helped my 5 year old feel more comfortable

Clean, fast, positive attitudes from all - especially both Micas! The Micah who visited me to administer the covid test was very professional and confident. The second Micah was very friendly, personable, and professional with a great attitude and demeanor. Also supportive and helpful. Outstanding!
