The doctor put my mind at ease about the seriousness of the numbness in my hands. He explained that urgent care is not equipped to do tests for things like fibromyalgia, and that if it gets worse to go to the ER.

I recommend the management of the location install plexiglass shields for the receptionists, I was very surprised that people coming in to get Covid tests are very close to the receptionist and the only precautions are masks when Additional measures can easily be implemented to protect the staff. There was not a lot of information on the cost of the appointment the details of my appointments or anything to take with me at the end of the appointment, it was all verbal and online so I was unsure what test I was actually getting and the cost. I also recommend the management review the process for getting information from the patient I filled out quite a bit online about my history and symptoms however, I was also asked in the room some of the same questions by two different individuals. Other than those recommendations everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly and fast.

I came in very last minute to get a walk-in COVID test. The staff was very friendly and patient. I appreciate that they allowed me to get a test even though they were nearing closing time. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to friends, family, and coworkers.

Waited over an hour, but was a walk-in. Was seen by a provider who talks really fast and was done in about 2 minutes. I went in for ear pain & have a splitting headache. I couldn't keep up with what he said and I even have a background in EMS. He decided I have a sinus infection despite the throbbing, sharp pain in my ear. Oh well, as long as the meds work on it and I get relief then the visit was good enough.

No front desk clerk, so wait time to sign in and check out took longer than usual. Health care staff from the back were managing the front desk when they could between patient care. We had a scheduled appointment for my son’s athletic physical and our appointment time, including wait time, was 75 minutes. Better than expected from previous experiences at same location.

Let me start by saying that our family always comes to next care for when we need urgent care. The doctor I saw today was wonderful and did an excellent job assessing my symptoms and evaluating my problem. She was kind and gentle and explained everything she said in detail. My triage nurse, however, was extremely unprofessional. She asked what medication I was on and when I explained to her why I was taking it, she brought up politics. She went on about how the former president is an idiot. When I told her I felt the opposite and that I liked our former president, she kept at it, saying he’s not the sharpest crayon in the box and how he wouldn’t shut his mouth. I came to NextCare because I was not feeling well, not to be shamed and spoken down to. That is no place to talk politics, it is a place for care. She needs to keep those thoughts to herself and out of her bedside chit chat.

It was good; however when I was checking in I could not remember the word recoverytrek when I did the girls up front said in a loud voice “oh your here for a drug test!!” And then laughed. I recommend that they understand that they consider that patient might not want everyone to know what they are there for. I don’t want the girls to get in trouble just a good teaching point. No harm no foul on my end.
