Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

The PA who “treated “ me was the worst provider I have encountered in 40 years. She wouldn’t listen to my personal experience with sinus infections and resorted to lecturing me on sketchy subjective information.  She did not perform any physical exam whatsoever. I have had positive experiences at this UCC. I hope you monitor this provider for quality of care practice patterns. Not impressed and would not return for care with this PA.

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!
