Everyone was so kind and helpful!!! I will use this Urgent care if I need any further assistance! It was the best Urgent Care I ever went to!! Yes , I recommend this provider 100 percent!!!!!

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

It was a huge relief waking up feeling sick but finding out how easy it was booking an appointment and getting the attention I needed. Great staff - very professional and polite! Thank You for being there!

Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.

Was able to schedule an appointment within 15 min. Drove directly there and was seen within 5 minutes. Sierra gave me great information, a quick diagnosis, and sent the prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Such an efficient process.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

I needed care as I was in pain. I walk in. The staff in the front were not kind or polite until my husband walk in and they asked me if I had insurance their aptitude then change a little towards me. No empathy just the question, do you have a phone? Scan here.. the other one didn’t even look up. She just whisper to her coworker to ask me for insurance. They just assume I guess because of the way I looked. They didn’t think I would hear them or they didn’t care. Either way they need training.  On the other hand, the people inside from the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the X ray technician were very respectful and helpful. They were responsive and professional. Thanks to the 3 of them for being so kind.  I am not sure if I would go back to your location if your front desk staff behave so unprofessional.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
