1.After the consulting with doctor I was told to wait for the prescription. I had to wait in the room for 35 mins even when the consulting was complete.  I went out to ask the staff and they told they will check and get back. One of the staff member sounded rude while saying to get back into the room.  2. Staff doesnt say hello or response to an hello. Just felt like they don’t care or just too snobbish.  3. I had to call back twice because pharmacy did not receive the medicine.

Wait time could have been shorter, especially since I was the first appointment of the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty, yet I still waited about 30 minutes before being triaged. The front desk staff was helpful but not particularly warm—polite enough, but certainly not friendly. Apple Pay should be fixed for patient convenience; it’s a small but important detail. The triage practitioner mirrored the front desk experience: efficient and thorough but lacked warmth—almost robotic. The final practitioner was a bit better, with slightly more emotional awareness and positive affect, though still nothing remarkable. Overall, the experience was fine. However, when you’re not feeling well, it would go a long way to receive warm, friendly, and timely care—especially as the very first patient of the day!

Thanksgiving morning woke up with a UTI.  Was able to book an appointment early and got to facility.  Had to wait 30 minutes pad appointment time but given the holiday recognize that there may have been less staffing.  Was just glad the facility was open and got good care.
