          The front desk person and the assistant were excellent. I will probably not return because the PA, Taylor B. wa so high up on her horse she missed critical information I had given the assistant. Her maturity level and inexperience showed throughout the visit. She wrote the script for the wrong amount of days and so I hope I don’t return needing another round. I used to love this center. Not now.

          Was able to book an appointment the same morning. There was no wait time. Everyone was kind and respectful. Staff was competent. We were In and out in no time with peace of mind.  It’s only my second time being there. I’m very happy with the care. I recommend them to all my friends.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

          Staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. The only difficulty has been the app not recognizing me after I've entered my information, which is making logging in impossible. If/when this is resolved, I'd appreciate it and update the scheduling rating accordingly.
