The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

I had an amazing and seamless experience from check-in, to the intake with the nurse and getting treatment! Nicole at the front desk was sweet, calming, professional and helpful. Dr. Papeika was so patient, friendly, informative, caring and funny. Thank you all!

This was a follow up visit for a persistent cough and congestion. The Dr and I agreed that that the initial treatment should be extended as cough was better but still present. Excellent, friendly service. This facility will be a go-to when having a problem I can’t manage to see my general practitioner for in a timely manner.

Walked in without an appointment and was treated and on my way within an hour.

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend
