I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free urgent care experience. Thank you to the AFC team for making my visit such a pleasant one! I needed to get same-day bloodwork to recheck a potentially serious issue indicated by lab results following an annual physical. Called beforehand to see if this could be scheduled and got in right away. I’ve been here several times and am always impressed at how clean it is and how everyone working here is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

I am going to stop using the Rapid wellness program. It doesn't work and I'm so disappointed in the clinic for recommending.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, wait time wasn’t long, we were seen pretty quickly and our doctor was nice and explained things pretty well.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.
