The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Very poor customer service. Front desk young African American women was very rude and not friendly at all. No uniform wearing her own jacket (very bad look for business practice) and her poor customer service skills. As I was, leaving the office she was looking like sleeping on the desk. I made appointment at 15:20 was not seen til 16:02. No apologies or anything. RN he was not friendly like he hates his job. Won’t be coming back. The only good thing was physician assistant. That’s all.
