I’ve never felt more comfortable and impressed with an urgent care. The way they treated both of my children (my 4 year old and 1 year old who were both brought in at the same time). The nurses and doctor were both fantastic and made both of my babies laugh and smile even while they were very Ill with RSV. We winded up coming her because we took my children to the CVS minute clinic to be seen the day before and they told us that they simply had a mild cold and to just let it pass regardless that they were both having breathing problems with wheezing. I trusted my mom gut and brought them here. Thank goodness I did. They treated both of my babies with a breathing treatment and steroids and made them feel very comfortable while also addressing my concerns with a since of urgency and didn’t make me feel dismissed at all. I felt very confident in the decisions the doctor made and will absolutely bring my children back here in a heartbeat should anything require them to have urgent care in the future. We feel very lucky to have been taken care of by them and treated the RIGHT way.

Finally I found a place which accepts most insurances!excellenct service friendly and smooth communication they answered all my questions very well!!they took good care of my son fractured pinky finger 👍🏻👍🏻my total wait time was 3 hours which is ok but i want it to be more quicker within 2 hours patient must be checking out ..Thanks.😊

I had a needle Stick injury, I called them over the phone and they said yes you can come...Everything was great.. Teeba the front desk was really friendly and super nice.. There is another lady who came to discuss the process with me she was nice too... I WOULD recommend that place for everyone

I have a muscle injury and was able to get same day appointment. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Received steroid injection and scripts for medication for the injury and am feeling better already. Thank you....

This is my go-to urgent care for our little ones ! From the moment I reserve the apt to when we r seen , it’s always superb ! The facility is clean which is major plus !

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

Extremely informative! Regardless of how many questions I asked they answered all politely and understandably. Patient on the phone assistance and easy first time walk in process. Definitely my go to now.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. We made an appt online and arrived 10 mins early. There were several people in the lobby. They were calling patients back by their check in time and seemed oblivious to our actual reserved appt time. We didn’t get called back until an hour after our reserved time. When I asked about it, they said they weren’t sure what happened :/

Staff and doctor were very informative and pleasant.

The experience was exceptional— equally professional and personable from the whole staff.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!
