Sara was amazing in her care. Very thorough. Just had to wait about 40 minutes for tests they said would take 15. Overall we were there for 90 minutes, seemed excessive and long waiting in between.

Made an appointment and waited 40 mins until after my set time to even go to the back. I was told I’d get a doctors note and still don’t have that so I called the office 5x today and still no reply as well as emailed them with no reply.

The PA who helped me today was very nice as it was a sensitive appointment. Made it much more comfortable

Had been sick all weekend, didn’t want to get out of bed. I wasn’t getting any better so I booked an appointment online. 30 minutes later I was in seeing the Dr. she was great, very compassionate and made me feel better just being there. 30 minutes later I was out with meds in hand

I felt like the provider just wanted to get out out there. I also feel I was misdiagnosed again from the provider at this location I feel I have bronchitis or walking Pneumonia but no chest xray was done only a covid and flu test which I knew I did not have

The entire process was smooth. From making a reservation, check in, and wait time. Would go there again if need be.

Walking in without an appointment is grounds for punishment for the visitor. With just one NP on staff, it's offensive to the recipient of care. At the end of the day, I'm saving money compared to the ER. But this location is way too big to not have more NPs. Why not just rent a booth at a Walmart? If you have more administrative assistants than NPs, let's fix that. They check you in & then you wait. Love the care, 100 percent hate the wait. Especially when you could get more NPs. As a patient, I shouldn't have to be concerned about the overhead of having another NP on site, but the value of same day quality care shouldn't come at the cost of maintaining upkeep if that's the issue. Overall, it's like a long wait at an amusement park: worth the wait when there's nothing to compare it to. Thanks for listening.
