This was a really good experience. Did testing without hesitation and kept us informed every step of the way.

They were be hind about 90 mins but had to wait because it seemed all urgent care centers were crowded. Staff were excellent, answered all my questions and they seemed concerned for my well being!

Came for covid-19 test .....staff was great...I'm not good at the phone registry but lady at desk helped me...no one likes to wait but all was good....it was a pleasant experience for why I came...the staff was very polite, professional, and FRIENDLY!! My brother and his wife were there earlier in the day is why I came.... Thank you!!

Took my son in for red, sore throat and swollen glands. Told them I didn’t want a covid test because I didn’t want to waste rest if it wasn’t necessary. I did want them to tear him for other things and the Dr. took it as I didn’t want any tests done! Not happy that he was willing to send us on our way without teatimg and give him a shot of rosephen. I was adamant about testing for mono and he was positive! Not sure why Dr would tell me that they are just a band aid stop not much they can do for us. I also asked for a referral which he was going to give us but being that he was finally tested and positive for mono we didn’t need the referral. Our appointment was for 11:30 am and didn’t see Dr until 12:50 pm. Not happy at all about this visit! He should have been tested the last time we were in on January 4, ***

I was in for a Covid test. They left me in a small waiting room for quite a while with other people. They should have put us in rooms faster.

I was in for a DOT Physical, staff/Dr were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Went in for symptoms of cold/flu. When I was called back, Paige, the lady that took my blood pressure, seemed to be having a bad day. She was in a hurry, tried to remember my meds, but couldn't. My girlfriend told her where my pharmacy was but she said I will not be calling your pharmacy, this is an urgent care. She just seemed not to want to be bothered. The Dr was very thorough, great bedside manner. Went to lobby to check out. My girlfriend asked the front desk woman if prescriptions are called in to pharmacy. Paige stood at the door and said "the prescriptions are called in to pharmacy, it's on your paper. This Paige just had a bad attitude. Her whole demeanor was awful. My girlfriend, who just had surgery last week and brought me up there, said yes I see it on the paper, but I want to be sure. My girlfriend said wow she is a witch! Paige said well don't come back if you are going to call names. My girlfriend said not to worry, we won't. I get it, everyone has bad days but when you come to work and deal with sick people, you should have a better attitude.

I waited for about 3 hours and I was fine with waiting. I then waited one hour for a 20 min COVID test, where I heard the nurse say “I forgot about her.” Like I said the wait isn’t an issue but to wait an additional hour and be forgotten about is.

Front desk horrible. My advice too many in there for Covid testing. I wanted to edit in my car, front desk help explained if I went to my car and they called my name they would overlook me and go on to the next patient. Need an outside drive up service for Covid testing. I explained to her I had been exposed but was symptom free for 6 days. I didn’t want to run the risk of getting it if I didn’t have it. She seemed unconcerned and overworked. And it showed in how she treated people. I felt like too many people in there. We should have been allowed to edit In-N-Out vehicle. I tested negative thank God. The nurse that administered the test-EXCELLENT. The doctor that saw me-EXCELLENT. Front desk-needs help or should be fired.

Had a very small waiting room for the covid testing side. It was full upon arrival. It seems like a bad idea to keep all the possible cases inches from one another. I offered to wait outside but the wrong number was texted to let me know it was my turn. I waited much longer that I had to and nobody popped their head out the door to wave me in.
