Wait time was very fast staff was great received a Covid test but the results was never offered any medication and never checked what variant I had

I love this urgent care , by far the best ! They will make sure before you leave that your good! It is family orientated and I love it ! The wait time is not bad and it the care is worth the wait !

First time visiting this location. I was just going to come in for a Covid test, not expecting to see anyone except the nurse that was performing the Covid test. But to my surprise, I actually was able to see a nurse practitioner. I’m so glad that nurse practitioner, Jen, was available because she was very helpful and informative and really took the time to talk and listen as I had some other issues going on that she addressed. Also the nurse, Renee, was awesome. Very patient, kind and professional, as well as the front desk staff. My visit there was a 10! And I left with a full printout of the summary of my visit with all the written instructions. I highly recommend this location.

We were told there could be possibly a 1 a 1/2 to 2 hour wait. we were taken within a half hour, and were in and out of the exam room in no time! We spent less time at the urgent care then we did at the pharmacy waiting for my sons rx.

The care was quick but effective. I know it’s not their fault but I do wish I could have been tested for flu/covid. They didn’t have any tests. I’m just questioning if my diagnosis is correct since I couldn’t be tested.

Needed a rapid covid test for a contact trace from work. Showed up at 815 and was out the door with results by 9am

I went to this urgent care after being turned away from another facility, where the staff was rude and uncaring. The staff at Michigan urgent care were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. No waiting, they called me right in. So nice to be treated with such friendly and professional people, considering I was there because I was sick. The Dr came in talked to me explained everything very thoroughly. When done they were kind and sent me on my merry way. I would definitely recommend and go back myself to this urgent care.

I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help my kids be seen today.

They got me in quickly and the staff was very nice and professional. As soon as I was done with registration I got in within 5 min. Would definitely go back if urgent care is needed again!

This urgent care was willing to see me after I was told by another facility they wouldn’t see me. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service.

Wait time was a little long, but not bad for an urgent care that has regular appointments. Everything else was smooth, very thankful to the staff

I loved the way their solv is set up. So easy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were friendly, nice and very professional. I did a walk in but they were full so I set up an appointment for the next day and they were able to see me early with out waiting much. I recommend them and will use them again when needed. Thanks for the great service.

Visit and diagnosis was very quick of respiratory infection and took care of sending in my script to my pharmacy. Didn’t communicate when and how I would receive PCR COVID test results.

This is our family favorite urgent care- great service, very clean facility, professional staff. One minus - Sometimes is waiting time too long

When I use urgent care I always come here. I used this center for 30 years. They have always been able to help me. So I will be back when I need more care.

I was extremely pleased with the facility and the staff, professionals. I will definitely come back to Michigan Urgent Care the next time I need such services. I am very happy that I inadvertently discovered such a great facility.

Very pleasant for an urgent care

I booked my appointment online and filled out all needed information online. The staff was so nice and friendly with all the patients. This was my first time using this urgent care. The wait time was to be expected. The only things that were different from the other urgent care I visit - the waiting area seats maybe 4-5 and there seemed to be a consistent hold up with discharging. I never did receive any discharge papers just test results.

This is my favorite urgent care. Medical staff listens to the patient to find the best resolution to their illness. I’m always satisfied and normally begin feel well the day after my visit.
